Shipping and handling

The shipping methods we use are

USPS (regular mail)

UPS

FEDEX

Currently we only ship to within the United States and its territories, Bahamas and Jamaica. As we receive requests we will add to our shipping zones.

How long before my shipment arrive?

*Arrival Time - Depends on the item type, when it leaves our warehouse and also the ship method.

In Stock Products / Ready-to-ship items, leave our warehouse in 24 to 48 hours, after processing.

Most wigs ship and arrive in different timeframes based on individual order requirements.. our Raw or Virgin hair units, bundles or extensions, allow 4-6 days for processing, after which it will ship by the method of your choice. If the order requires any customization, allow up to 10 days for production and processing. 

Once the order is confirmed, we start packing. 

*Ship Time - Based on Warehouse location and Carrier Method (express, standard ground, priority mail etc. These details, factor in the number of days it takes to arrive at your location. 

Is signature required?

Yes. Signature is required upon delivery of most orders with a tracking number for your privacy and safe delivery. Especially on express shipment. Some express carriers have the option for YOU to waive signature at your own risk!
